Pause for a moment and picture your ideal vision of health.  What are you doing? Are you climbing a hill, riding a bike, or playing tag with your family?

Now take another moment and consider what obstacles are keeping you from living that life.  Are they physical, emotional, or spiritual barriers?

Dr. Hibler’s role at Vermont Naturopathic Clinic is to help you identify these hurdles to health, and help you over come them.  Dr. Hibler graduated from the University of Bridgeport in 2013 with a Doctorate in Naturopathic Medicine, and a Masters in Clinical Nutrition.  An integrative, and preventative doctor she will work with you to formulate a treatment plan that best fits your lifestyle.

With a passion for neurochemistry and hormone imbalances, Dr. Hibler focuses on infertility, PMS, menopause, anxiety, depression, insomnia, chronic fatigue, PTSD, weight loss, and those that suffer from excess stress.   She also treats developmental delays such as ADHD, Asperger’s, Down’s, Autism, and various other behavioral issues.

Whether you’re 10 or 60 years old, Dr. Hibler is a firm believer in E.E. Cummings quote, “It takes courage to grow up and become who you really are.”  By pairing counseling with natural therapeutics, Dr. Hibler is a supportive, motivating coach there to help you reach your full potential in life.

An avid believer in mind-body medicine, Dr. Hibler spends most of her free time being active.  Her favorite hobbies include hiking, rock climbing, yoga, gardening, cross fit, ethic dancing, chasing fire flies, and soccer.  Through evidence based, natural medicine she hopes to inspire you along your journey to health.
